Friends of the Grand Hotel

During the past few weeks, there has been a distinctly joyful and spirited feeling among the hotel staff and our guests.  This will be our very first Christmas in our new hotel- and everyone seems to be getting into the holiday mood with parties and other holiday events.  Our neighbors at Bridgeport Village have really been living it up this season; hope you enjoy some of these images from their holiday events so far (photos courtesy of Bridgeport Village).   Wherever your travels take you this Christmas- Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Grand Hotel Bridgeport Staff!

The Bridgeport Express (11am-2pm and 3pm-6pm through Wednesday, December 23

Holiday shoppers of all ages have enjoyed taking a break and climbing aboard The Bridgeport Express.  The solar operated, trackless holiday train is free, fun and travels around the village. Frequent stops include: Sur La Table, Coach, Urban Outfitters, Borders Book & Music and in between Coldwater Creek & Talbots.
