Flexible and Impressive Meeting Spaces

Our 2,150 square-feet of flexible meeting space can accommodate all sorts of events and occasions. The Bridgeport Room, our premiere banquet room, offers 1,750 square feet of meeting space that can comfortably accommodate larger groups up to 150 or 80 seated. Even better, we are currently offering holiday specials for space rental:

  • Host your Holiday event any day in November and pay just $250 (normally $500)
  • Host your event on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in December pay just $250 (again, normally $500)
  • Host your event on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday in December and pay just $400 (that’s right, normally $500)

We also offer the Breakfast Room, 1,650 square feet of meeting space available in the afternoon and evening and perfect for casual luncheons, dinners and social events. Finally, at 415 square feet, our Executive Board Room is ideal for board meetings, breakout sessions and workshops. Located past our lobby on the first floor, the Board Room offers natural lighting and plenty of privacy.

We are located across the street from the Bridgeport Village Shopping Center, the Pacific Northwest’s preeminent fashion and lifestyle shopping center. We are also less than 30 minutes away from The Portland International Airport (PDX) and 20 minutes or less to many of Portland, Oregon’s top attractions.

Set The Date

Finalize Your Guest List

You should make a list of who is coming to the event at least 4 weeks before the event. This will help to book your event space and determine if any guests have special dietary needs.

Plan Activities

Some holiday parties are known for having humorous/fun activities like a secret santa gift exchange, ugly sweater contests, and so on. Consider your audience before planning mandatory activities as some groups may prefer simply socializing without the pressure of activities.

Hire A Photographer

It’s always nice to have keepsakes of the party. Professional photos also allow you to share/post the pictures without having to deal with blurry photos or thumbs in the shot.

Organize Transportation

Though we have rooms available for any guests, many of guests may be coming from a greater distance. By hiring a van for the evening you can ensure your guests get to and from the party to a convenient drop off point.
