As one of Portland’s newest hotels offering high quality lodging accommodations is easy – we have a beautiful property where our guests enjoy large, modern, luxurious rooms and suites when they stay with us.  While our beautiful accommodations are world-class, it is only part of what we need to create excellence.

To be a truly excellent hotel we need exceptional people.  Do you notice when the grocery checker thanks you and calls you by name when you check out?  Does it bother you when your bank teller is more interested in chatting with their co-worker about their plans for this evening than helping your with your money?  Do you tip well when you receive good service from a server at a restaurant?  If you notice the details about customer service, and think you have what it takes to provide service on a “Grand” scale then we want to talk to you!
